The Mural at Quince
This commissioned mural serves as a stunning centerpiece at Quince, San Francisco’s three-Michelin-starred restaurant. Painted by French artist Galatée Martin, the artwork is an idyllic reflection of her visit to Fresh Run Farm—Quince’s farm in Bolinas, nestled along Pine Gulch Creek. The mural captures the farm’s natural beauty, bringing a sense of place and connection to the restaurant’s ethos.
20th Anniversary Party Invitation & Map
A party was planned to celebrate Quince’s 20th anniversary and newly completed renovation.
I designed the invitation directly inspired by the mural, a defining element of the refreshed interior, became the visual centerpiece of the invitation.
The anniversary party was an open-concept event, encouraging guests to explore the newly renovated interior and exterior spaces. To facilitate movement and engagement, I created a custom event map featuring icons that guided guests through key stations within the venue, including the bar, dining room, outdoor terrace, salon/lounge, kitchen, and private dining room.
My key contributions:
Floor plan layout – Structured to ensure smooth guest flow throughout the space.
Art direction of typography and iconography – Designed for clarity and cohesion.
Collaboration with illustrator Cynthia Warren – Developed hand-drawn icons that marked interactive event stations.
The final design not only served as a functional guide but also as a keepsake, marking this milestone moment in Quince’s history.
