This commissioned mural lives as a centerpiece in San Francisco’s three Michelin restaurant Quince. Painted by French artist Galatée Martin, it’s an idyllic expression inspired by her visit to their farm Fresh Run Farm and fields, located by Pine Gulch Creek and nestled in Bolinas’ hills.

Representing the completed renovation and honoring what’s new to come, for Quince’s 20th Anniversary year, we sent out a party invitation. Taking inspiration from the space itself, we featured this prominent mural in its design.

The party was an open concept, welcoming guests to roam and move through the newly renovated interior and exterior of the space. To encourage a flow, a map was designed and featured icons signifying different stations with different interactions. Guests would be guided through the entry, bar, dining room, outdoor terrace, salon/lounge, kitchen and private dining room.

I structured the layout of the floor plan and art directed the flow of the typography and iconography.
In collaboration with Cynthia Warren who illustrated the icons, we placed the illustrations and completed the final design of the map.
