Pasta Club Packaging
If you were lucky enough to be a part of Cotogna’s pasta club, you were lucky to receive their unrivaled fresh egg pasta, dried extruded shapes, house-made ragus, farm greens, and instructions written personally by the chefs themselves. Each month’s inspirations were driven by California’s seasons and Italy’s regional cuisine.
To launch the club, I designed:
“Cotogna Pastificio” packaging
Boxes for pickup and deliveries. Easy to stack, is space-saving, and sturdy. Strong branding. Simple construction and labelling for fulfillment.
Cooking instructions cards
Clear and instructive layout template that is easy to read and use while cooking. Crafting a connection from chef to guest, bringing the Cotogna experience to you - at home.
The Sticker System
It’s not just for looks, these stickers serve function.
Strong branding - Simple but bold.
Signifiers - By labeling the exterior of the box with ‘wine pairing’, ‘2x wine pairing’, and ‘multiple boxes’, it provided a method to organize and double-check kits. In addition, the stickers functioned as signifiers throughout the packing process.
Delivery success - Stickers function as signifiers for the delivery drivers as well. Orders can be checked again at this last touch point.
